Email referrals to referrals@abcchildpsychology.com.au. Amy reviews each referral and contacts the family directly.
The child's name and date of birth, parent or guardian contact details, the reason for referral, and any relevant reports or previous assessments.
For families to access Medicare rebates, please include a Mental Health Care Plan (GP) or a referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist.
